Terms & Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms describe purchases and use of the Al Noor Optics retail website and our stores. Any conditions specific to a product, service or promotion will be shown separately. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Saudi law.

2. Products and availability

Please review the selected model, size, colour, lens options and quantity before ordering. Availability may vary between the website and individual stores. Product images are illustrative; colours may look different on different screens. If the ordered product is unavailable or its details need correction, we will contact you to agree the next step rather than substitute it without your agreement.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Saudi riyals. Review the full payable amount, including any applicable taxes, delivery charges and selected lens options, before paying. Available payment methods are shown at checkout or confirmed by store staff. Any agreed change affecting an order's price will be explained before an additional payment is requested.

4. Prescription lenses and measurements

Please supply a clear, accurate prescription and the measurements requested for your chosen lenses. If you are uncertain about any value, ask our optical team before confirming the order. We may need to contact you to clarify prescription information or fitting requirements before proceeding. The website does not replace an eye examination or advice from a qualified eye-care professional.

Before confirming an order, the customer is responsible for reviewing the prescription and measurements provided or approved by them. Where Al Noor Optics manufactures lenses correctly according to that information, an error in the supplied information does not constitute a manufacturing defect by Al Noor Optics and will not normally qualify for a free remake, exchange or refund.

5. Delivery and collection

Delivery or collection arrangements and the expected fulfilment time will be communicated for your order. Prescription-lens preparation may require additional time. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. If there is a delay, contact our team for an update. Customers retain any right under applicable Saudi law to cancel an online order because of a qualifying delay and recover amounts paid.

6. Cancellations, returns and exchanges

Online purchases are subject to our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy, which provides the full conditions. Key points include:

  • Eligible unused standard products, including frames and sunglasses, may be returned within 7 days of receipt, in their original condition with accessories, packaging and tags where applicable, and proof of purchase.
  • Once production of prescription or customized lenses begins, they cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged due to a change of mind. Your rights for defective, incorrectly manufactured or non-conforming products remain protected. A frame issue will be assessed separately where reasonably possible.
  • Factory-sealed, unused, undamaged and unexpired contact-lens boxes may be eligible for return within the applicable return period. Opened or used boxes are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Verify the brand, power, base curve, diameter and quantity before opening.
  • Promotional pricing does not remove statutory rights. Contact us about defective, incorrect or non-conforming products with your order reference or proof of purchase.
  • Approved refunds will normally be made through the original payment method where reasonably possible and in accordance with applicable law. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

For purchases made in our stores, please refer to the displayed in-store returns and exchange policy and any specific conditions on your receipt. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Warranty and after-sales support

Ask our team for the warranty and after-sales terms applicable to your selected product. Keep your proof of purchase and any warranty information supplied with it. Any commercial warranty is additional to your rights under applicable law.

8. Promotions and coupons

Each promotion is subject to its published eligibility, validity dates and redemption conditions. Our National Day coupon is valid in-store only from 16 September 2026 through 15 September 2027. It cannot be redeemed against online orders. Please read the separate National Day Coupon Terms, available in store, before using it.
