Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
This policy applies to purchases made through the Al Noor Optics website. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot be excluded under applicable Saudi law.
1. Standard Products
Eligible unused standard products, including frames and sunglasses, may be returned within 7 days following receipt of the product, subject to applicable Saudi law.
To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the product must:
- not have been used or damaged;
- remain in its original condition;
- include its original accessories, packaging and tags where applicable; and
- be accompanied by the order number or other acceptable proof of purchase.
Products showing signs of use, scratches, alteration or customer-caused damage may not qualify for a change-of-mind return.
2. Prescription Lenses and Customized Products
Prescription lenses are customized products manufactured, coated and/or cut specifically according to the customer's prescription, measurements, selected frame, lens design, coating, thickness and other selected specifications.
Once production of prescription or customized lenses has commenced, they cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged because of a change of mind.
This restriction does not apply where the product:
- is defective;
- was manufactured incorrectly by Al Noor Optics; or
- does not conform to the prescription or specifications agreed when the order was placed.
3. Customer-Supplied Prescription and Information
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing prescription details, measurements and other information supplied or approved when placing an order.
If Al Noor Optics correctly manufactures the lenses according to information supplied or approved by the customer, an error in that supplied information will not normally qualify for a free remake, exchange or refund.
If you are unsure about your prescription or measurements, please contact Al Noor Optics before completing your order.
4. Prescription Glasses
Where prescription lenses have already been manufactured, coated, cut or fitted into a frame, the prescription-lens portion of the order is considered customized.
If there is a problem with the frame rather than the prescription lenses, the frame will be assessed separately where reasonably possible.
5. Contact Lenses
Contact lenses cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for a change of mind, including unopened and factory-sealed boxes.
This restriction does not apply to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products and does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Saudi law. Please contact us to report a problem.
Please verify the brand, power, axis, cylinder, base curve, diameter and quantity before placing your order.
6. Defective, Incorrect or Non-Conforming Products
If you receive a product that is defective, incorrect or does not conform to the specifications agreed when the order was placed, please contact Al Noor Optics as soon as reasonably possible.
We may request your order number, photographs or other reasonable information required to assess the issue.
Where applicable, an appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with Saudi law.
7. Promotional and Discounted Products
A promotional or discounted price does not remove the customer's statutory rights.
Unless different conditions are clearly disclosed as part of a promotion, eligible products purchased during a promotion remain subject to this policy.
8. Delivery Delays
Estimated preparation and delivery times will be communicated during the ordering process where applicable.
Customers retain any right available under applicable Saudi law to cancel an online order due to a qualifying delay and recover amounts paid.
9. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued within 7 days through the original payment method where reasonably possible. Your payment provider or bank may take additional time to show the credit.
Customers pay return shipping for eligible change-of-mind returns of unopened, unused items. This does not affect your rights for defective, incorrect or non-conforming products.
