Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only for items that are unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene and customization reasons, contact lenses, prescription lenses, custom orders, sale items, and gift cards are not returnable or refundable, unless the item is defective or received in error.

To request a return, please contact us at +966 56 820 5044 within 3 days of delivery and provide your order number and reason for return. All orders are for inside Saudi Arabia.

If your return is approved, the item must be sent back in accordance with our instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was defective or sent incorrectly. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All returns are subject to inspection before approval. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
